The Manor on the 20th floor ensures great views. House is well kept and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond for all the requests w.r.t approvals. Interiors are well done, comfy and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place for staycation or vacation.

Stayed with my girlfriend here on 19th and 20th of April. THIS ISNT A PAID REVIEW AT ALL. I am very happy that I chose this place as our stay in Pune. First of all, host Mr. Ashutosh is very professional, responsive and helpful. He was ready to assist us even at morning 5:30 if any issue persisted. The place is exactly as described in the about page. Private, isolated and clean. All the amaneties from a simple toaster to microvave; gayer, washing machine, ac were working properly. Location is well connected. It is a big complex. All quick delivery services like Zomato, blinkit work properly here. Concluding: We are coming again and again here onwards. The place and the host both are just exactly what one needs. Thank you Ashutosh for making our stay in Pune memorable. Grateful.

This was the perfect place for my stay! The room was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable experience a cozy bed, plenty of storage space, and a well equipped bathroom. The little touches, like a bottle of water on the nightstand and extra pillows, really made a difference. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local cafes and transport. I loved how easy it was to explore the area. Overall we really liked our stay here. Preeti was super communicative throughout the trip and checked in on us daily. There was a minor inconvenience on the first day when the electricity in the area was out so the living room AC wasn’t working (bedroom was functional though) but apart from that everything was great. The place was well fenced so we could let our dog roam about. The space is very nicely setup and was very comfortable. There’s a nice mountain path one can follow outside the property for a light trek. Special mention to the cook at the property. The food was so good that we easily ate twice our normal appetite. Will definitely visit again.

My friends and I had a lovely time at this villa! It was as described. Even though the location was quite remote, Sharad was very responsive and gave helpful instructions. We had a amazing stay at this beautiful 6bhk mansion property. The villa was spacious, clean and with the ultimate feel of luxury. The living area was so aesthetic and giving best comfort for relaxing together. Bedrooms were so decent and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the outdoor space it was great for hanging out and enjoying the weather. Highly recommend property

Subhash and Suvarna Mahale are lovely host. We had a nice chat with them and they are very warm and welcoming. Apartment is neat and clean. Only problem is there is no restaurant nearby however if you plan you lunch and dinner then Gold Valley is best property to stay at near Kolad. I would recommend this property to others and Mr. And Mrs. Mahale will ensure your stay is memorable☺️

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy
