My home is conveniently located, with easy access to hottest arts & entertainment districts in the Queen City. Walking distance to grocery and CVS. I’m a 2 mile drive (~6 min.) down Central Ave. to the center of Plaza Midwood, a 4 mile drive (~12 min.) using Independence Blvd. to the center of Uptown (with similarly convenient access to South End), & a 3 mile drive (~10 min) to NoDa. Clean home, with two very sweet and affectionate dogs (see pics), Calliope (8 y/o) & Ferdinand (6 y/o).
