Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

RIVERTIME is a riverfront experience on the bank of the Ohio. The views are magical & soothing to the soul. Make your way into the backyard & you will quickly forget that you are in an Eastern KY residential area. It’s often stated by our guests that the view rivals some of the top landscapes & city skyline from around the world. You can walk to downtown Russell & enjoy shopping, great food & tasty drinks. While only located a few mins from Ashland KY, Ironton OH & 20 mins to Huntington WV.

The Hunting Lodge @ Circle T Ranch

** Attention Non-hunters: Please inquire during the fall for our locally competitive non-hunting (no access to woods allowed) rates ** ________ For over five years The Lodge has attracted travelers in need of rest, due to our close proximity off St. Rt. 7 and the US 35 corridor ( if eastbound use Rio Grande/St. Rt. 335 S exit - if westbound use Gallipolis/St. Rt. 7 S exit) and has hosted multiple employment bookings - for the complete solitude required for rest. Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Leave the city behind and enjoy our country lifestyle.

Cozy Farm Cabin

Authentic log cabin set on an equestrian horse show complex with a few modern amenities. This cabin offers a cozy feel with a small kitchenette and living space. A bathroom addition added to the first floor with a stand up shower. Upstairs offers two double beds. The stairs are original and steep. Plenty of parking available. Pet friendly space. Most weekends we have events at the facility and trucks, trailers and horses will surround the cabin. Located apx 10 miles outside of town.

Relax with the whole family at this newly updated “Cabin" on a 125 yr old farm-the cozy cottage has a wrap around porch, ac/electric heat, full kitchen/bathroom w shower, LR /open dining area. Functional farm w cattle, trails ,pond and more. No Hunting.Quiet rural setting near Ohio River in Gallia County Ohio - 8 miles from Gallipolis .

Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 100 year old 4 square home was previously home to dentist office to a local dentist for many years. Located in the historical district of Main Street;this property is within 2 blocks of the world’s only Mothman museum. Shops, restaurants, river museum, flood wall murals displaying the history of Point Pleasant and the riverfront and Tui-endi-Wei parks are also some of the attractions within walking distance of the property.

The Cozy Cabin

This is a beautiful rustic hunting theme cabin! The cabin was newly built in the summer of 2016! The cabin sets on 20 private acres for an additional fee that is available to be hunted and is located minutes away from 11,000 acres of public hunting and fishing(Crown City Wildlife Area)! Whatever your trip we will help make your stay memorable! Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED! NO ACCEPTIONS! If a pet is brought to the residence I will charge extra fees and ask you to remove the pet.

Runaway Retreat - No Cleaning Fee

NO cleaning fee! 👫 I'll REIMBURSE for Kids under 12, just message! 🐾WELL BEHAVED dogs stay free! Enjoy the tranqulity of this space...just runaway for a bit! Come get some R&R for a weekend or a while. Perfect for couples, families/friends, hunters, traveling workers, etc. Enjoy a relaxing space where you can just breathe! Expect a clean & cozy spot you'll never want to leave. We're close enough to town to quickly grab groceries or shop, but quietly nestled in the country!

The Overlook @ River's Edge Cabins

Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bath. The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Pet friendly. Free wi-fi available.
