Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Relax with the whole family at this newly updated “Cabin" on a 126yr old farm-the cozy cottage has a wrap around porch, ac/electric heat, full kitchen/bathroom w shower, LR /open dining area. Master queen bed and 2nd BR w bunk bed and single bed. Hot tub spa , Fire pit and Outdoor yard area for family games: football, soccer, kickball, &more. Peace and quite awaits you at Farver Acres. These new cabins feature wrap around decks, large gas grill, outdoor gas fire pit on deck and deck furniture. On the inside you'll find radiant floor heating, individual room controlled air conditioning, a full kitchen featuring hickory cabinets, granite countertops including a dishwasher. You will also find two king size beds in private bedrooms, a sleeper loveseat, full size bathroom and a full size washer and dryer! No pets allowed.

Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 100 year old 4 square home was previously home to dentist office to a local dentist for many years. Located in the historical district of Main Street;this property is within 2 blocks of the world’s only Mothman museum. Shops, restaurants, river museum, flood wall murals displaying the history of Point Pleasant and the riverfront and Tui-endi-Wei parks are also some of the attractions within walking distance of the property.

Downstairs in the basement you will find another living room, master bedroom with en suite bath, and gym. It can be the perfect space for families, friends groups, hunters and more!

Memory Lane Cabins was created after losing our boys as a mission to encourage families to slow down. Our property overlooks Jackson Lake State Park which offers beach access, shelters, boat docks and a peaceful atmosphere. Local trails and eateries nearby and we are 37 miles from Hocking Hills. Cabin is secluded on a small hill, view of lake through trees pending the season, Docks in walking distance, fishing, boating, hiking, or sitting by the campfire.

Large Scenic Cabin with Amazing View

Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bath. The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Pet friendly. Free wi-fi available.

The Cozy Cabin

This is a beautiful rustic hunting theme cabin! The cabin was newly built in the summer of 2016! The cabin is located minutes away from 11,000 acres of public hunting and fishing(Crown City Wildlife Area)! Whatever your trip we will help make your stay memorable! Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED! NO ACCEPTIONS! If a pet is brought to the residence I will charge extra fees and ask you to remove the pet.

Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).
