Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

This little suite is bright, private, super clean & comfortable with Netflix, wifi, TV, bar fridge, microwave, kettle and great hot shower in private bathroom. Secure undercover parking, elevator access and great transport to your door.

Compact ‘granny flat’, hotel style, free standing, separate access. Bedroom/desk plus bathroom. Wee Dougie is VERY SMALL, great for 1, cosy for 2. Ideal for short stays, Uni or hospital visitors or professionals, Uni graduations or a weekend just outside Melbourne CBD. As we are walking distance from the CBD there in street parking only, 1-2 hours - there is no free parking at the property. No kitchen - has hotel style coffee machine & frother, toaster, microwave, cereals & small fridge.
