The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!
