Private lower level includes 2 BR, 3 Queen beds, 1 twin, full private bath, LR, private entrance, wifi, grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich maker, roasting oven, griddle, and more. Located in the center of West Michigan, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub requires cleanliness considerations. Go in clean to keep it clean please.

One full size bath with a tub/shower; and a fully-equipped kitchen with apartment size appliances. 1 mile to Downtown Holland. 1 block to Washington Square. Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. See my photo of the excellent playground right across the street. Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find remarkable clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby and trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park. Bedroom #1 is a queen bed, #2 a full bed on bottom & twin on top. Lakeshore Haven - Near beaches, biking & bonfires

Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

Full kitchen, dining area, seating areas, TV/ bar room, fireplace, library, and private roof top deck with hot tub and grill complete this one-of-a-kind home. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.
