Welcome to Titchfield Views, Catisfield. A private annex overlooking Titchfield Village, Hampshire. Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Fareham College and local Navy Establishments. Separate from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen and a private decking area, a work space area with USB charging points. Good WiFi fully available throughout annex. TV has TNT & Sky Sports.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

Easy access by car or public transport to both Portsmouth and Southampton, and within easy reach of the New Forest, the South Downs and the Isle of Wight. Our cottage is approximately 300 years old, but has been expertly converted into a comfortable, modern family home over three floors, and includes a charming rear patio garden.
