The Villa is situated on Addaura’s seafront, in the northern coast of Sicily. It is a few kilometers from Palermo’s City Center and nearby Mondello Beach. The Villa offers a charming panorama of the sea especially at dawn and sunset. The rocky coast is reachable through steps placed in front of the gate of the Villa. To get to your apartment you will be walking up the staircase, featured with a handrail, going through spacious gardens arranged on several levels. The Villa enjoys great privacy

L'abitazione è una villa antica ristrutturata. Un comodo e rigoglioso giardino arredato in modo da poter trascorrere piacevolmente dei momenti anche all'aria aperta circonda questa bellissima villa. La villa è vicino a parchi, spiaggia e ristoranti. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: gli spazi esterni. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie (con bambini). Villa Tina Mondello

Villa Tina offre comfort di ogni tipo, una piscina moderna a sfioro circondata da un prato verde, zone relax con tavolo e sedie. All'interno abbiamo una comoda zona living con tv, un bagno con vasca/doccia, una cucina con isola accessoriata, con macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie , zona breakfast e tv. Al piano superiore troviamo due camere matrimoniali, una camera singola e un bagno con doccia. La villa si trova a 5 minuti dalla rinomata spiaggia di Mondello e 10km dal centro di Palermo.
