!!! Garage nur für Autos bis Höhe 1,9m und Länge 4,7m!!! Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist die große Südterrasse mit Weitblick auf die Berge und Sonne von früh morgens bis zum späten Nachmittag. Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig abseits von jeglichem Straßenverkehr oder anderem Lärm. Der Partschinser Wasserfall ist nur wenige (wenn auch steile) Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ganz nahe im Dorfzentrum. Außer der Garage (Maße beachten) gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit.

The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The traditionally and modernly furnished holiday apartment offers a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and two bathrooms. It accommodates two people.

Located in Algund/Lagundo, the holiday apartment 'Rasnerhof Panorama' offers guests a fantastic view of the mountains and a landmark. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating and satellite TV. A toaster can be provided upon request. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony.

In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

Neben einer großen Liegewiese finden Sie in unserem Garten noch einen großen Aussenpool und eine Aussensauna. Auf der Dachterrasse lässt es sich wunderbar frühstücken oder mit einem Buch den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Farnhaus. Loft oberhalb von Meran mit Aussicht

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei neue und stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
