We had a great stay at NeelMohar. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location.Views are Amazing. Nilam was great at communicating with us, very welcoming and checked we were OK during our stay. Check-in instructions, directions, house amenities info were super detailed and helpful. Kitchen was fully equipped with all essentials in order. And Food made by local cook was very tasty. Thank you Nilam for making us feel right at home. We will surely visit again and will recommend this place to our friends.

I had been at Utsav Villa with my friends and I really find it necessary to review this property who definitely deserve to be heard about by big masses of people looking for a perfect getaway to get indulge in a beauty of nature away from the hustle and chores of cities and work. Villa is very superbly built with two seperate twin bungalows attached with the likes of lush lawn on front side and a party pool at rear. It's located on top of a cliff above anjarle overlooking a sea. I really missed those sunsets I witnessed from terrace having a mug of coffee slowly sipping it as the sun progressed toward its horizon. We used to party till late night on a lawn and we were always found in pool. Talking about the villa internally it's well arranged with all necessary furniture and amenities. The hosts Mr. Sameer and Mr. Jayesh were very responsive and gentle. Not to forget the food we had at Petkar's Bhojnalaya at around 100m walking distance form the utsav villas.

Mesmerizing view, spotless clean and well furnished property, looks exactly same as it is listed- this is one of the best stays I had with AirBnB. The property is quite spacious, actually suits if you have a big group of 8-10 people. Even though the property was quite old as per locals, it was renovated with all modern amenities and maintained nicely. Our caretaker Sunil was quite helpful, was always willing to help. There are few functional issues and property might not be quite VFM, but it's not deal breaker considering the location, space, breathtaking view. Just a side note- Even though the property has well equipped kitchen, there is no cook available for making any meals at home, however there are plenty of restaurants available nearby for online ordering. Overall it's a must recommend property.

Nestled in a peaceful lush green quaint village, this cosy abode has my whole heart! Yoi’d be greeted by the cutest fur baby, Fevicol and then the sweetest care takers - Suraj Dada and Sapna Tai! The accomodation is quite cosy and full of boho vibes! It’s squeaky clean and well-equipped - it feels like home away from home! Neil Dada and Momo Di have set up their beautiful farm and we got a mini tour if it all and experienced the joy of plucking those dekish strawberries too! The sweetest I’ve eaten in decades. You just don’t realise how the day goes by, the birds chirping, the home-cooked meals, the open space to sit and relax, all the good vibes and then the cutesy Fevicol! I fell in love with this vibe! Can’t wait to go back again and relive it all! :) Thank You for this awesome staycay!! Much love!

I recently stayed at the 3 BHK AC Valley View Villa in Mahableshwar, and I had a wonderful experience. The villa is situated in a picturesque location with stunning valley views, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. Key Highlights: Comfortable Accommodation. Excellent Hospitality. Well-Equipped Kitchen. The host was also very responsive. Cons; The roads in the end were a bit narrow but was manageable as we were guided very well through clear instructions. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautiful location. It was a memorable experience, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

The beautiful bungalow itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. We particularly appreciated the large windows, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen. The private parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased.

Pros - 1. Pristine secluded location atop a hill, peaceful. 2. amenities are as described in the pics. 3. A caretaker who cleans utensils, mopping, bedding, bathroom etc. 4. Mapro garden is a 10 mins drive. 5. spacious for 6-8 people, a fully functional kitchen, and ample car parking space. 6. Board games, UNO, Cards, Chess, Badminton, a nice sit out, and Firestick provides good occupancy whilst at home. 7. Lastly Pooja is an extremely responsive host and gives perfect directions and communication. Cons - 1. The grills and some other parts have some rusting, one side of the sofa cushion is torn, the doors are heavy and little jammed. Some maintenance can be helpful. 2. The bungalow is at a steep slope which means u need a vehicle for up n down especially if u r aged or unfit. 3. A microwave and aqua guard can be helpful. 4. Water force is low as it’s tanker water from stored tanks. Conclusion - I enjoyed my stay and would look forward to stay again at Pooja’s Nagina.

Aai bungalow was our last destination in the Konkan trip before we headed back to Pune. we stayed three nights here including New Year's, and found what we were looking for. place to relax, calm ourselves, ample space for our son to play cricket in, also the indoor games room was a big hit. our dog loved prancing about the huge property and I was relaxed that he wouldn't run away. Food in breakfast provided by Yogesh ji was delicious and ample. but the real gem is the village of Hedavi itself. very quiet, no loud music, very green, beach was a gem with no crowd and no trash (rare to find such a beach in Konkan now :( ) ..the vegetarian restaurants like Prasad Oak Ji's, and Joglekar's Swaad were both very very nice. the food was pure vegetarian , delicious, fantastic 😍...Hedavi was our find of the year and we would love to visit again soon.
