Private and tranquil 'Casablanca' is situated 4 minutes by car from Avalon Village and Beach, where you will find an array of shops and restaurants. Your studio apartment features a luxurious king size bed and comes fully equipped with cooking facilities, fridge /freezer, tea and coffee making facilities, BBQ and outdoor alfresco dining area. So, sit back, relax and enjoying watching the native birds and stunning Pittwater sunsets. We are on site in attached main house for your convenience.

Local Hilltop shops a 2 min walk , 700m stroll to Paradise Beach to see the sunset over Pittwater and 1.6km to Avalon ocean beach and main village shops cafes, wine bars etc. There are 3 queen size beds, small kitchen, lounge area, modern bathroom and reverse cycle air-con in the main living area and outdoor paved dining area with bbq.

Situated between the lovely waterways of Pittwater and Avalon Beach. Paradise Beach, on Pittwater, is a 15 min walk with no parking. Clareville Beach also close by, has amenities and paid parking. Avalon village has a cinema, cafes, restaurants and interesting shops.
