If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.
