This DOG FRIENDLY south PS private Studio casita features a view of Mt San Jacinto from your two private patios where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails and is easily accessible to rte 111 and minutes from the airport, golf courses and downtown. There is a 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax that is collected a few days prior to our guests check in date if you booked prior to January 14, 2026-it will come in the form of a "request payment" PS City ID# of PS 3959 & TOT ID# 8346.

Our midcentury style home is tastefully modernized while still retaining the charm of its era. It has 4BR/3BA (1 master suite in main, 1 in separate casita). The backyard has a retro private resort feel with a hand-painted wall mural, saltwater pool and spa, gas fire pit, BBQ, pool floaties, a covered patio canopy with ample places to relax, and a 50+ year old grapefruit tree. Our One bedroom apartments sleeps 2 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 4 registered guests with additional fee. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows.
