Villa piscina sul mare (heated pool)

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

Borgo la Madrice Red flat

The apartment is located in the oldest neighborhood of the sea town, few meters away from the Norman Arab Castle and the touristic harbor. The property has two bedroom (each with a double bed or two singles), an equipped built-in kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The accommodation is located in the historic center, and is close to the central station and all the main points of interest, all within walking distance. Vucciria, Ballarò, the same Kalsa district, the Cathedral ... and the night clubs, are all within a 20 'walk from the apartment, which is stylishly furnished and very clean. This is the apartment where I usually live, so you will find some of my personal effects.
