Charming one full bedroom-Full bathroom beautifully decorated and turn key. Easy access to St. John’s River and you will have access to private boat ramp to go boating and or fishing. Located close to many natural springs and Ocala National Park. Unit has all cooking utensils and pot and pans plus all bedding and towels with full washer and dryer. This home is pet friendly. One pet allowed under 40lbs with a one time fee of $75 for the stay. Fee is paid directly to owner at check in via venmo.

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

Our little cottage has a so much to offer! The sunsets are stunning! The memories you will take home with you, will last a lifetime. Small but lives large is the best way to describe our beauty! Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. The full size and twin size pull out beds allow you to bring guest along. Need to work? Do it with a view or forget it and take a kayak out on the lake for some R&R.
