Romantic Waterfront w/Hot Tub on Wine Trail Accepts Pets This is a delightful modern year around cottage - recently updated and redecorated. Large modern kitchen and bath with walk-in shower. Two spacious bedrooms each with queen beds. Large living room with dining area and great lake views through two sliding glass doors to the full width deck overlooking lake. There is a new queen sofa bed in living room, along with new large smart screen TV. Cable programming and high speed wireless internet. Very nice hot tub. Outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit. Very nice yard and beach frontage, along with dock. Delightfully decorated. Well maintained and exceptionally clean. Kayaks and bikes available to rent for $25/day/item - delivered to cottage. In cottage massages, private wine tours, kayak and canoe rentals, motor boats, horseback riding, bike rentals, yoga are all available for the asking, and at various costs. Please contact us for any details. *The default rate is based on 4 guests. There is an extra charge per guest per night after the 4th guest - max 6 guests (this includes those staying and visiting). *Pets are accepted with a fee, max of 2 pets.

Welcome to "Sunset Paradise”! A 4 bedroom, 2 bath picturesque lakefront cottage located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This property features a fully screened in porch, upper and lower decks, a relaxing 6-person hot tub, a private dock with a large sun deck, 1 boat lift, & 1 PWC lift. Fish off the dock, float on a tube (we can rent ours!), relax in the oversized hammock or enjoy a paddle in the 2 kayaks provided for use.

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Port Bay Getaway

Looking for a Port Bay Getaway? This is the place for you. Almost 200 feet waterfront with a permanent dock and boat lift. Plenty of seating to enjoy the outside by the water or the house. Fire pits on both levels and a covered gazebo next to one. Great home and area for relaxing, swimming in the bay, boating, fishing and enjoying peaceful time. Sodus Bay and Finger Lake Region are nearby with restaurants, wineries and breweries. Hosts are available to answer questions as needed.

Cozy whole house, all season cottage, central to wine and beer trails. Enjoy this lakeside setting with your favorite wine. Fiber optics wi-fi. Beach firepit, gas fireplace for those winter days. 100' expanded dock with covered boat hoist. A/C . Covered grill area and covered deck area six miles to nearest boat launch and rentals. Separate firepits, shared dock, kayaks and paddle boat with Bungalow rental. Pets allowed as long as $50. PET fee is paid.

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Light, airy, spacious home. Views for miles. Three decks to enjoy sunrises/sunsets. Very quiet part of lake..half way between Central Square and Sylvan Beach. Boat launch one mile away. Great Fishing. Sylvan Beach 20 minutes away. Game room above garage with large TV w. DVD player, wet bar (not stocked), Ping pong table, Air hockey table, table for card games, double bed (4th 'bedroom') and large couch. Fire pit on property overlooking the lake.
