Yeti Summit Studio STR-2-2024-013

Yeti Summit is a separate unit behind the main house in a peaceful neighborhood, just two miles from Ouray. This charming space offers a private deck, hot tub, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, and a luxury king bed. Enjoy morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine on the deck while listening to Corbett Creek. The Dallas Trailhead is a short walk away, or bike/drive to the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Per county ordinance, only one trailer is allowed on-site, with additional parking options available.

The entire upstairs is a large master bedroom with views of the river and a sitting room with a pull out couch. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor. 2 bathrooms. Eclectic decor, full kitchen, living room, TV, internet, a 3rd bedroom attach to the garage, deck to the river, and beautiful canyon views. Front yard parking the can accommodate 2 vehicles.
