This memorable getaway is anything but ordinary. The Cooperstown Boathouse studio apartment is located on the highly coveted east side of Otsego Lake. Here, you'll enjoy endless summer sunshine that turns into the most breathtaking red sunsets. Swim, kayak, paddle board, fish, boat and read by the lake during the day. Roast s'mores and catch shooting stars around the campfire at night. The best part of the Cooperstown Boathouse is falling asleep to the melodic sounds of the lake waves below you.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Deer Meadow Farm Studio is a modern, open concept Studio apt (24'x16') and includes many amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing! Including: WiFi • Spectrum/Apple TV • Radiant floor heat • A/C • Private patio w/ gas grill • All linens/towels • Kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, toaster). This converted hayloft shows glimpses of the what was to the beautiful gem it is now. Owners do live next door in the adjacent home but a separate driveway and private outdoor area to The Lost Barn give you the seclusion you desire. Less than five miles to downtown and less than ten miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park.
