A true lake experience! Located between Cooperstown (12miles downtown) and Oneonta (7miles to downtown) because of its central location, you can enjoy many local shops, family owned restaurants, many local breweries and on a bus route. Tall Pines Cottage has a cozy, bright atmosphere. Relax on the patio with fire pit & grill or enjoy the yard games. The lake access affords kayaking, swimming, and receive 20% off a guided fishing trip with Reels and Rods guide service. Kayaks available for use.

The perfect neck of the woods

Welcome to our Neck of the Woods! This two bedroom/one bath upstairs unit will comfortably accommodate five people but can sleep six people. The simple open kitchen and living room allows plenty of space for enjoyment. The upstairs balcony offers gorgeous views of mothering cows while our backyard stone fireplace and patio have the best view of beautiful sunsets. We are located twenty minutes to Cooperstown, fifteen from Herkimer and twenty-five from Utica! A four season accommodation. .

Florence Cottage

This fully self contained lockable 2 bedroom apartment, one block from Hall of Fame, by the lake, has full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, coffee maker etc. Rental includes use of motorless boats.Washer dryer in basement shared with other guests/ leave laundry basket outside of door and we will take care of it😃. There is a folding futon in the larger of the two bedrooms; let us know if someone wants to sleep on it and we can arrange to have the linens set out for it for an extra 20$.

Beautiful Log Cabin on 5 acres. This cabin is far away from the road and surrounded by hay fields so you have tons of space to yourself. This A-frame cabin has a front porch where you can watch amazing sunsets and enjoy the wildlife who come by in the mornings and evenings. Eagle River

Eagle River is a charming waterfront home located between Cooperstown & Oneonta. The water views are incredible! Enjoy free use of kayaks and stand up paddle boards at the kayak shop next door. The home has been recently updated with a new kitchen, bathroom, sunroom, deck, mattresses and linens. It has an open floor plan with 3 smart T.V.s & comfy leather couch. The owner operates the kayak shop next door and is readily available if need be; free kayak lessons are included also.

100 Yr Old Lake Cabin, Sleeps 5, Views, HiSPD Int!

Our cabin is all original and one of the first on the lake. The lake is clear, the view unreal, and the peace just what most of us are looking for. This house is much as it was in the early twentieth century. It still has a quaint simple feel from an era long gone. There is a large porch to rock on, a great dock to sit and share coffee or a swim, a well-stocked kitchen, a grill, and the closeness to nature (lovely outdoor shower) that will linger long on your mind and soul.

Luxury Cooperstown Area Lake Home with Amenities!!

Summer Bookings, We currently have 4 days open 8/23-27. Summer 2026 we only accept 6 night stays aligned with Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule, see their site for the schedule. The 2026 season is 5/30-8/28/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
