The spacious self-contained apartment was completed early in 2017. It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to three people and has its own entrance and off street parking. Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

Please bear in mind the apartment is on the Second Floor with access via stairs only.

Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Perhaps a winter's trip to Howarth for lunch, but don't worry its cocoa next to the stove when you get back home.

Fernbeck Cottage is set in beautiful Nidderdale within the Yorkshire Dales. It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Superb rail and road links can whisk you away to visit Leeds, Bradford, or the nearby towns of Otley, Harrogate and Ilkley. The accommodation offers 2 bedrooms - one double, and one twin. You'll feel right at home with our fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, while the spacious lounge is perfect for a relaxing evening. For sunny days, there's even a balcony with outdoor seating.

The Bolthole Ilkley - Self contained Guest Suite

Bright, modern, luxury self contained guest suite at ground level of the hosts house. The accommodation is open plan with a large ensuite shower room and kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Bolthole has its own private entrance at the rear of the property, from the patio and overlooks the pretty cottage garden. The suite is an easy 5-10 minutes flat walk into the town centre, and just a five minutes uphill walk to Ilkley Moor.
