We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. This private apartment w/ EV charger (small added fee) located right the water on Otisco Lake, w/ over 300 ft of lakefront at your front door. Incredible views! The apartment is attached to the main house w/ a private entrance. Beach, seasonal dock, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat, gas grill & fire pit with wood (May - Oct). Fishing, swimming, snow skiing, wine tasting, fine dining, beautiful sunsets await your arrival! 15 min to Skaneateles, 10 min to Song Mountain Skiing.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Cozy 1920’s Strathmore home, near Syracuse University, Wireless dome, Onondaga Community College, the Zoo, Destiny USA, Landmark Theater and all of the major hospitals, with Free and private parking. 3 bedrooms, queen, full, twin trundle and small sofa bed, best suited for kids. 1.5 baths, designated office with fast Wi-Fi, after dinner record player room, formal dining room. Full coffee bar, with pour over coffee, drip and keurig, and espresso machine. Sleeps 6,has 5 beds.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Cozy Country Cottage

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.
