Unik bolig for familie/venner der vil være tæt på naturen med mulighed for mountainbiking/løb/hiking og tæt på København (16 km væk). Villaen ligger på en stor grund med direkte udgang til Hareskoven, hvor der er gode mountainbikespor. På grunden findes bålplads. Fra villaen er der direkte udgang til en 100 km2 stor træterrasse med delvis overdækning og med loungeområde, spiseområde og grill. I nærområdet er Søndersø med badebro. S-tog station er 7 min. gang væk med direkte linie til København.

Nyd et ophold i denne nyrenoverede lejlighed i den trendy og pulserende bydel Vesterbro. Lejligheden har altan og ligger i en rolig ejendom. Den ligger i en arkade, som byder på forskellige supermarkeder og et fitnesscenter. Området er fyldt med spændende butikker og lækre restauranter, og lejligheden ligger kun halvanden kilometer fra Rådhuspladsen og Tivoli. Det er svært at finde en bedre lejlighed, hvis man vil se det bedste, København har at tilbyde anno 2024. 200 meter til nærmeste metro.

Luxury by the waterfront

Our home overlooks the Copenhagen harbour and the canals in the newly built area just 1km from the city centre. It is bright and modern with two balconies - one facing the water with lovely morning sun, one facing the yard with afternoon sun. The flat is spacious with two separate bedrooms as well as a sleeper couch in the lounge for an extra sleeping option. There is also an airbike and dumb bells. The flat is well-equipped and has all amenities and beautiful harbour views.

Skøn lejlighed med kæmpe altan

Denne lejlighed ligger i den absolut bedste del af Vesterbro, hvor i har nem adgang til masser af restauranter, cafeer, vinbarer, parker, legepladser og alt transport til centrum. Udover 108 lækre m2, så har i også 12m2 altan med eftermiddags- og aftensol, denne indbyder til indtag af både god mad og vin. 5 minutters gang fra lejligheden er Engahve plads, som er et absolut hotspot i København og desuden har Metro, som leder jer til alle de steder i vil i København.

Very well located apartment. 55 Square meters in a building build in 1942. One bedroom with a a bed size 180x 200 cm. Livingroom with chrome cast and WiFi. Kitchen and a small toilet. Distancen walk to the metro station. Metro to the airport and city center 10 minutes Bike for rent around the metro station My apartment is for 2 people My apartment is not fit for babies. I am flexible with check-in and check-out time. No smoking inside the building and apartment.

Penthouse, next to Noma, with skyline view of Copenhagen 15 min to the airport, 7 min by bike to Nyhavn. You can rent bikes close by. Luxury accessories, inside bio fireplace, large teressa with bbq grill overlooking the queens palace and the marina. Sauna on the premises with access to swim in the ocean. Great for families with children and for couples a romantic getaway. Very quiet surroundings with a view to the ocean. Free inside parking

Cozy and modern apartment near the center, the apartment has 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom, and balcony with a nice view. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment. It is close to tourist attractions and you can get there by bike, for example, Nyhavn-10 min, Tivoli-9 min, Amager Strandpark beach-11 min, Islands Brygge-5 min, 8 min walking to the metro stations and 1 min to the bus station and supermarket.
