Harmonious social space with simple respectability

Three double and a single bedroom property with ample parking for up to 8 cars or boat .Double garage .Plenty of outdoor space for cleaning mountain bikes and children's play.They can enjoy a treasure hunt while you settle in.! Lovely kent fireplace for winter warmth with free firewood and sunroom. Nice private covered deck for evening entertaining. Five to 10 mins drive to all Rotorua famous tourist spots and activities, Agrodome, velocity valley, Skyline sky rides ,Canopy tours and more !!

Welcome to our little 1950's classic Kiwi Bach! Cozy 2 bedder, decent living area, huge front/back yards, all the comforts. Some say its the best location in Omoks! Beautiful calm swimming beach across the road and over the park. Within a stones throw is a dairy, cafe, restaurant/bar, playground, massive park, fishing wharf, boat ramp, and epic walk/bike paths. Not far away are hot pools, the best pizza & pies, fish & chips, golf course, supermarket... 20 mins drive to Tauranga/Mount Maunganui.

A Lovely Spot- your hub for relaxation or action

Want bird song, starry skies and a sense of rest? Come here and get re invigorated. Cute country cottage retreat. Totally secluded but also only 7 mins from the airport, 10 mins to a supermarket/takeaways or 15 mins to CBD. Are you a fisherman? We're on the door step to all the lakes. Biking your thing? Famous trails are 15 mins away. Go hard during the day then eat out or cook at home. Watch the sun setting as you relax on the deck with a glass of wine. Curl up by the fire in winter.

Wytchwood Lake House - Where Time Stands Still

Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.
