Once an old family tannery, this home is now a cozy retreat for guests worldwide. Enjoy easy sea access just 5 meters across the road for a quick swim. With its own entrance, downstairs offers a kitchen, comfy living area with dining table, 2 sofa beds and a bathroom. Upstairs, a peaceful bedroom opens to a terrace. Οι βίλες Vlamis αποτελούνται από 4 παρακείμενα διαμερίσματα και ένα ξεχωριστά, την Junior Villa. Η βίλα ανακαινίστηκε το 2023. Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
