THE RIVERSIDE SUITE with POOL easy to reach Venice

Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Suitable for families with children, babies and pets, but also couples who love wide places or those who travel for work or study. It is easy to come here from the "Marco Polo" airport and "Venezia Mestre" train station. 250 m away from the bus stop, you can easily reach the historic center of Venice, Padua, the Venetian lagoon, Jesolo and Cavallino beaches, the Riviera del Brenta. Ground floor, no steps, large garden, two parking spaces in the private courtyard, just by the front door.

Se automuniti ideale per visitare Treviso e Padova con Autostrada a 3km. Per i bebè passeggino a disposizione.

Il Cottage è situato nella campagna di Venezia, separato dalla casa padronale dal giardino e completamente indipendente. Ideale per una coppia, anche con 1 bambino piccolo. A pochi minuti di MACCHINA dalla stazione dei treni, dove c’è un grande parcheggio gratuito, (treni frequenti) e in 20 minuti vi troverete in centro a Venezia. Ideale location per chi ricerca tranquillità, in piena libertà di movimento e allo stesso tempo comoda a tutti i servizi 🅿️ auto nel giardino.

This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is an open space kitchen / living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is quite spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Public transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. The city tax for your stay is 3 euro per person per night (maximum of 5 nights) NOT included on airbnb price

My apartment is just 10 minutes by tram or bus from Venice, splendid art city, 400 meters from the 'University Campus Ca' Foscari, 5/10 minutes walk from the station (900 meters), the bus stop is 100 meters, 50 meters there is a McDonald's Interspar, WFP, and some restaurants. L 'Motorway is 2 km away, Padova in 30 minutes, Treviso, Gardaland by train. And 'suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children)
