The apartment is in a brand new building which is close to the city center (15 minutes tram, 3 minutes car) The guests have a free parking space in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dish washer, coffee machine, microwave and an electric kettle. The bed is king size with a high quality mattress. There is a Samsung smart TV and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The floors are heated and the window blinds are electric.
