Beautifully handcrafted with custom cabinets, shiplap walls, quartz countertops, a beautiful wraparound deck and a bedroom window view of the 11,749 foot Mt Timpanogos. Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).

You will find everything you need in this convenient, cozy, comfortable, quiet location. Conveniently located near Brigham Young University, Utah Valley University, the Missionary Training Center, shopping and any outdoor adventure you can imagine. It is cozy, boasting plenty of room for 2 or 3 people. It is comfortably warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All beds, furniture, appliances, dinner ware, WiFi T.V., washer and dryer are brand spanking new.

Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, and free street parking. It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
