This Pet Friendly, two bedroom basement apartment is located on a peaceful culdesac with its own private driveway and entrance! We have all the things! Toys, digital piano, built in desks, snacks, and minky blankets! You're close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located spot! Less than 2 miles from Provo River trail and Murdock Canal trail and just 15 min. from Sundance ski resort! We are also about 15 min from BYU and UVU. And only 20 min. from the now expanding Provo Airport.

This beautiful apartment, nestled up on the bench in Utah County awaits your visit! The area has so much to offer its visitors. If you love the outdoors, you will find something amazing to do throughout the year. We are close to both BYU & UVU campuses. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Free parking. Just across the street is a paved walking/running/biking trail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay.

Welcome to our newly constructed industrial tiny house with amenities for a perfect stay. Beautifully handcrafted with custom cabinets, shiplap walls, quartz countertops, a beautiful wraparound deck and a bedroom window view of the 11,749 foot Mt Timpanogos. Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).

Full furnished Basement, large Arcade

2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU, and Provo Canyon. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
