Bedrooms are all upstairs and each include one King bed and large TV. Soaker tub in upstairs bathroom. Main level includes updated full kitchen, dining area, 75” TV, washer/dryer. 2 central heating and air conditioning systems, with an electronic air purifier, to ensure a comfortable stay. 1G Wi-Fi Internet.

2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU, and Provo Canyon. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
