The private entrance takes you into a clean and open living space with a full kitchen, french doors leading to bedroom with king size bed. Our home is located in a well established quiet neighborhood. Many parks, canyons, and shopping centers nearby. 30 min from SLC, BYU, ski resorts, and lakes. price is for 2 people, ADD $15 night per person after 2 persons. 2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.

Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).
