Fun basement apartment next to Jordan River Trail

Our place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, supermarkets, and family-friendly activities. Less than 10 minutes from I-15 and Thanksgiving Point. Within 30 minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City, 40 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Provo. Five major ski resorts all within a 50 minute drive or less. The Jordan River Trail is right outside the door, offering a great place for walking or bike riding. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Sunny lower level house with epic MTN views

Enjoy a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous views of Utah lake and the Wasatch Mountains. Across the street Old Willow Lane has a country feel. The Provo River Trail takes you from Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon to Utah Lake; Rock Canyon trail is close by or hike the Y mountain. Cozy place with amazing mountains

Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, and free street parking. It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
