Vacation home "GABI" (170m2), a several hundred years stone autentic house, is located in the heart of old town of Korčula.The house was renovated by the owners, using blend of old and modern to create a distinctive style. The unique ambiance and pleasant atmosphere are achieved by utilizing old stone and wood while combining all of it with the wage of modern furniture. Adding to all this is the terrace with amazing view to complete your day.Our goals are to make your visit to Korčula memorable.

Explore hidden coves by villa's kayak and SUP, or island using 4 bikes (2 electric) swiping through the picturesque vineyards and olive tree roads. Start the day with breakfast on the summer kitchen's terrace, enjoy the dinner on a stunning sea view terrace. Read a book and eat local grapes in your cabana, enjoying the quiet evenings filled by crickets chirping and sea waves melody.

Is an enchanting modern villa with amazing sea views. The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

Villa Mira je kamena kuća sa bazenom i prekrasnim pogledom na more. Kuća je smještena je u centru Janjine, 1 km od mora. Sastoji se od 3 spavaće sobe , 2 kupatila, kuhinje sa blagovaonicom, dnevnog boravka, prostranog dvorišta sa 2 manje i jedne velike natkrivene terase s kaminom, prostorom za jelo i popodnevni odmor. U krugu od 100 m nalaze se trgovina, mesnica, ribarnica, ljekarna, liječnik, stomatolog, bankomat, park za djecu, restoran/kafić te privatne vinarije.

Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Villa Leona is newly built villa with private, heated, swimming pool. Has a large parking space in front of the house and has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with pull out couch, where 2 people can stay overnight. There is also a room with two single beds and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.

You’ll love the coziness of the recently renovated villa, the magnificent sea view from every window and the beach in front of the house. From our house everything is within a few minutes reach, from beach to museums, restaurants and shops.
