The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Villa Tonina Studio: City Center

Escape to a luxurious Studio in the heart of Opatija's city center and only 7 minutes from the sea where you can immerse yourself in the local culture by exploring nearby attractions, beaches, and the famous "Lungomare" promenade. Experience the rich local cuisine bursting with Mediterranean flavors and enjoy local coffee bars that instantly make you feel like a local. The Studio has 30m2 of indoor space and a 20m2 outdoor terrace.

Molo Volosko

Beautiful apartment with stunning terrace and view from any room is located above old port of village of Volosko, its just few steps away from "lungo mare", seaside promenade. "Lungomare" has numerous beaches and leads to Opatija (10-15 minutes walking). The apartment is furnished and equipped, includes bed linens and towels. There is also private terrace (16m2) above port to enjoy long and pleasant evenings.
