Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.
