The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Direct waterfront, 2 decks over looking the lake. One kayak and one canoe onsite for guest use. Great entertaining space with lots of outdoor seating. The location is perfect for day trips to the Finger Lakes or Adirondacks. 2 miles to Point Place Casino. Golf courses, wineries and restaurants near by. 20 min to Syracuse Great home for all 4 seasons. Excellent location for fishermen within 3 miles to state boat launch. 6 person hot tub available year round

Lakeside Cottage, Owasco Lake- NY

This cozy cottage has an authentic cabin feel. We recently purchased the property and chose to keep the original charm and features it offers. Unbelievable quaint cottage on beautiful Skaneateles Lake. Cozy up in this adorable lakeside getaway. Enjoy 140 feet of level lake front. Features include an active stream, dock for your boat, easy lake access, kayaks for use, as well as a water's edge fire pit on the point. Sleeps 2 adults. ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
