It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, located on large water front acreage with private boat ramp and protective cove on beautiful Lake Livingston perfect for kayaking and canoeing and boating and fishing a short boat ride to Goat Island where there are sandy beaches for excellent swimming. Property has beautiful shade trees perfect for outdoor activities we have volleyball, horseshoes, bean bag toss, tetherball, and washer toss. House has Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Outdoor space is a highlight of this property, as it is right on the lakefront with direct access to the waterfront. The house features a backyard and a front yard, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Outdoor furniture is provided for your comfort and relaxation. An outdoor griller is also available, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking and dining. Please note that the rental has a charging 50 amp plug for electric cars outside the house. Must bring own charging cord to use.
