The River Retreat

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.

Rustic Guesthouse: pet friendly!

The Rustic Guesthouse has a private entry & spacious studio style guest house. Full kitchen w/ bar for dining or a desk area. Private bathroom with a shower. Bedroom area offers a comfy queen bed. Cozy living w/ another queen bed & smart TV ready for streaming services (no cable service) We're on 4.5+ acres about 8 minutes to MTSU, 15 minutes to St. Thomas & a couple farms away from Hop Springs Beer Park. We are in the country & only 5 miles to Walmart & restaurants. I24 is about 9 miles.

Quiet apartment on the River, close to everything.

Very nice private apartment located right off I-24 on the Stones River. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dining area. YoutubeTv and Internet provided. Private entrance. Close and convenient to everything in Middle TN. MTSU, Shopping, Nashville, Distilleries, Battlefields, Hiking and much more. Location is easy on and off I-24. Adults only, No Children, no Pets. Pool and facility is for the guest use only, no visitors, please.

We offer a cozy two bed room one bath home located minutes from downtown Murfreesboro, MTSU, and I24. 35 minutes from Nashville and Franklin. Our home is very close to Barfield Crescent Park which offers hiking and biking trails, a nature center, ball fields, a greenway and more. In this space you will have free on site parking in driveway and garage, outdoor area with fire pit, indoor electric fireplace, washer and dryer and WiFi. Handicap friendly space.
