Casa in Ronda

De Casa ligt in het dal, dichtbij de rivier die door de vallei van Ronda kronkelt, op slechts 5 km van het centrum. Het is een super mooie, beetje avontuurlijke route naar beneden rijden, op een verharde weg. Het huis ligt op een unieke plek, met uitzicht op de kloof van Ronda van 80-100 meter hoog, geheel privé. Gemoedsrust is gegarandeerd. Ideaal om te rusten en te genieten van een natuurlijke omgeving weg van het wereldse lawaai. Mijn plek is ideaal voor ieder die van natuur en rust houdt.

Casueña está en el campo, a las afueras de la ciudad de MÁLAGA, rodeado de arboles y pájaros. El Aeropuerto, el centro de Málaga y las playas están solamente a 20 kilómetros de distancia. CASUEÑA es una Bonita villa con piscina privada solo para ti, barbacoa, jardines con grandes arboles, 3 dormitorios, una gran cocina con hornilla industrial de seis fuegos y un amplio horno. Tiene un fantástico porche de 50 m2 que centrará la actividad de la casa, junto a él está la barbacoa y la piscina.

The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two beds. The house also has a playroom for children with a sofa bed. If you decide to bring a car we have 2 exterior spaces available and there is no problem to park outside if your friends come to visit. You will also enjoy a fantastic 300 square meter garden where you can swim in the pool.

Set in 5 acres of orchards and gardens, the farmhouse is divided into two separate semi-detached homes each with its own private entrance . The owner lives in one of these houses some of the time. The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.
