Modern condo with ocean views just one block from the beach! Light and bright design in a newer small (5) condo gated complex. Two car garage loaded w/all the beach stuff you'll need (boards, chairs, toys, kayaks, bikes) w/2 passes to park on the street also. Condo is a full 2 bed 2 bath that can sleep 8 if needed. Queen bed in master and twin bunk beds in guest with two pull out couches. AC,Flat screen TVs, wifi & cable. Walking distance to all the Oceanside hot spots and rail. Pets fee is $250

Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.
