This place was perfect for our stay! There were 5 of us staying here for a friend’s wedding at Monserate Winery and we were looking for clean, comfortable accommodations walking distance to downtown Fallbrook and close to the venue and this hit all of those points! 10 min drive to the venue and we could walk to town for brunch. The street where the house is located is up and coming, a bit industrial mixed with houses. Walking downtown during the day was easy and the house itself felt very safe with secure gated access. The house was SO clean, and Deirdre had a nice bottle of wine, snacks and coffee for us which was so sweet. They also had a binder full of helpful instructions, how to use the remote, etc which was great! Deirdre was so wonderful to communicate with - very responsive and I felt went above and beyond by providing wonderful recommendations and helping answer questions even before I booked. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!!!

We loved this house and the location, it was perfect! Loved that each room has a private bathroom. We are interested in coming back!

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

Awesome weekend trip. My boyfriend and I were greeted to snacks and a clean environment. Cute kitchen with everything you can possibly need. View was amazing. Everything was within distance, we did not need to drive more than 30min to get to a destination. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

The Dell is beautiful and private. James was professional and easy to work with. There are loads of amenities: big screen TVs, robes, and makeup mirrors in every room. There are comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas. The pool and hottub were clean and there were plenty of towels. The Dell is surrounded by wildlife, we had rabbits, quail and roadrunners visiting. There was even a blood orange tree that provided some fruit for breakfast. The Dell had some homey features such as plenty of blankets and an impressive collection of Fiesta Ware. This place is perfect for a houseparty with a family or four couples.

Great experience will for sure comeback would recommend for anyone looking to go to California but does not want to stay in the city!!!

Definitely a five star home!! Our family booked with Billy during our stay in California, and we couldn’t ask for a better host. Billy, has been the best host we have had! This beautiful home looked better in person, it was perfect and super welcoming! Everything we needed, the home had. We had an incident with my dog and Billy was so caring, understanding and super professional. Words can’t describe how appreciative our family is with Billy! I truly recommend Billy as your host!

Todd’s place was by far the best experience I’ve had while using the app for over 7 years. The space is spotless, fully stocked, larger than the photos, the views are beautiful, and Todd is a wonderful human. He respected my privacy, and also invited me to multiple activities like harvesting olives on the property (a first and highly enjoyable experience for me). Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the generous monthly discount, and book immediately!

We really enjoyed our long stay and directly felt at home. It is located very close to the coast line and you even have a view to the sea from the deck. You can have a very nice walk to the pier. Marcie is just very loving and can give very helpful advice where to go for shopping, dining etc. Marcie always responds very quickly if you have any questions. Marcie and the apartment are very child friendly. San Clemente is a perfect place to stay. The apartment is a great comeback place. We hope that we will soon be able to be Marie's guests again in her wonderful apartment. We can only warmly recommend every traveler to spend a longer stay there.

Freda is a gem! She has a servant's heart and clearly has a passion for hospitality. Her house is eclectically charming and located within walking distance to restaurants, wine tasting bars, shops, the beach, farmer's market, and many local points of interest. Freda is super friendly, generous, and a wonderful cook to boot! Would visit again.

Hope's place was a peaceful place to stay during our visit to San Diego. The room was clean and comfortable, from the bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and outdoor deck. The additional extras, such as snacks, coffee, breakfast items and fully equipped bathroom was appreciated. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and approx. 20-25 minutes to downtown San Diego. Communication was very good.

Kim and her husband have a wonderful bed and breakfast. We were in the area for a wedding at Grand Traditions, and wished our stay could have been longer. Kim was hospitable and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends and family

She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests is evident in every aspect of the B&B. From the cozy and well-appointed rooms to the delicious breakfasts, everything was perfect. What truly stood out was the welcoming atmosphere. Freda has a way of making you feel right at home. By the end of my stay, I felt like part of the family and knew that I would definitely be coming back again. Marty was a great host and went above and beyond to help. She helped me print and scan in some work documents to get notarized. Marty lives on premise so if you have any issue, you can easily holler or message and get it worked out in minutes. Understand that the place is shared by other guests which may have partners with them so you are sharing a bathroom with potentially 4 people in the mornings. Bathroom etiquette follows college dorm rules where you bring toiletries in and out each time. The front door and each bedroom door has its own passcode lock. The parking on the street was not always immediately available directly by the house, so you park down 3 or so houses and walk. The neighborhood is very residential, not laden with restaurants in walking distance so I fared well with a rental car.

Fernanda and Robert hosted my wife and I for a one night getaway in the amazing hilltop spot. They are such wonderful people, very kind and hospitable. Their two dogs are lots of fun as well. The views from property are extraordinary and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the fire and stargazing. The room was exquisitely clean and included all the small details you could need for your stay. Nice little breakfast which was an added touch of kindness. We will definitely return.

My first experience at a bed and breakfast… it was very cool! Freda is so kind, she felt like family. Beautiful, serene, and clean place, walking distance to all our favorite spots downtown and the beach. We love San Clemente and just found our spot!

Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise chez eux et avec eux. Leur maison est belle, bien équipée, accueillante. Le deck est très agréable et nous avons même profité de la piscine malgré la fraîcheur relative en avril. Nous nous sommes régalés avec le petit déjeuner continental. Le voisinage est très calme, on peut facilement se garer. Dans la maison, la chambre et la salle de bain privée sont très agréables et le lit est particulièrement confortable. On a aussi eu accès à une étagère de réfrigérateur et un placard pour ranger notre nourriture, ce qui était très pratique ! Farha, Marc, encore un grand merci pour votre accueil !
