Quiet Neighborhood 7 Miles From the Beaches

Be sure to read about the pricing using both bedrooms below in 2nd paragraph. My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

We can't adequately describe how romantic & carefree it feels to step aboard our sail boat. After a wonderful meal at the marina seafood restaurant our guests love to snuggle up together on deck and watch the sunset turn the sky pink & purple with a glass of bubbly. Private Beach Access at The OV Beach House

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided. Can accommodate up to 8 people.

House on the dune 40 steps to the sandy beach. Balcony view of bay for sunrise coffee & sunset wine. New & old homes surround this newly built home in "East Ocean View." Restaurants short walk, more only a two min. drive. Summer Sailing regattas on Weds. and Sun. evenings, live music at the Pavilion.

Peaceful beach @Courtyard Cottage+No Cleaning Fee!

No congestion, crowds, or commercial big beach resorts here. Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage just steps away from a quiet and peaceful beach surrounded by sand dunes for a special getaway. A park across the street provides playgrounds and pet-friendly walks and is the home to a local farmers market, 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 through Nov. 23. A past guest wrote "This place brings beach home nostalgia. peace, and a time to relax".

This recently remodeled home build in 1933 and located on the Chesapeake Bay is a perfect place to vacation. Direct private beach access with a beautiful salt water pool to enjoy. Around the pool there is plenty of space for games, grilling, and relaxing. Use the newly renovated kitchen or visit one of several local restaurants serving fresh local seafood to satisfy your appetite. Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown are only a short drive away.

Cobblestone street apartment with rooftop views!

Historic, Downtown area of Norfolk. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, landmarks, parks, memorials, EVMS, & CHKD. This special residence is on the National Register of Historic Homes, includes a clawfoot tub & rooftop patio (no hold harm). This High Victorian Italian home was built in 1870, with a Mansard roof & features an ornamental cast iron veranda. John Cary Weston built this as a summer residence following the Civil War.
