Large 3BR/2BA courtyard villa. Affordable luxury & 5-star reviews. PRIME LOCATION in CENTER of it all. Upscale furnishings. Walk to Lake Sumter Landing town square w/shops & restaurants. King & queen (new mattresses) & a full bed will sleep 6 comfortably. Fast WIFI; 2 Samsung Smart TVs (65" living room); 2 desks for laptop/at-home work. Private yard w/patio chairs. Vinyl plank floor. No carpet. I also manage 2br home across street. Rent both & sleep 10; Rest of 2026=4nt min. Pet ok $40 fee.

Heated Pool Golf Cart Dog Friendly in The Villages

Nestled amidst lush greenery ,Vida Rosa’s private pool provides a serene outdoor oasis, complete with a dining area, loungers, and a gas BBQ. The luxurious accommodations are thoughtfully designed to evoke a sense of calm and elegance. Conveniently located, just a short golf cart ride away from the squares of Spanish Springs & Lake Sumter offering a variety of entertainment etc. Note: The pool has a jet tub attached to it. The water temperature is the same temperature as the pool, 86 .

Private Heated saltwater pool Nov-May Tiki hot tub to die for, modern spacious home. Bedrooms themed after the town squares! Walk to the Lopez course/restaurant. We have one of the largest corner lots in The Villages. Outdoor seating, pool is screened in. Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the home is spotless clean with little luxuries that will surprise you. We are half way between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Easy cart ride to eat, dance, shop, golf, & more! #memories

Perfect "get-away" home for a couple or family!

Great getaway for a single, couple, or a family. Only an hour from the Disney Parks! By golf cart, you are only minutes from pools, rec. centers, golf courses and many dining options as well as the grocery store. The home includes a nice outdoor seating area. The "squares" provide FREE nightly entertainment. Golf cart included in price for getting around in The Villages. This get-away home is perfect for people looking to relax OR never be bored! It's always a great day at The Villages!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on 1 acre in a friendly neighborhood in SW Gainesville. Just a short drive to endless restaurants, shops, UF hospitals and campus, as well as fresh water springs. Enjoy the screened in porch sitting area with a view of the backyard pool oasis - perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or a glass of wine for sunset.
