Situated in one of Austria's most picturesque areas 80km from Salzburg for the most enjoyable Skiing and hiking in the Alps Enjoy your privacy in this apartment. Beautiful walks and hikes right outside the front door. Depends, if somebody comes from far away we like to have a chat and tell them about this beautiful area what walks to take where to shop or rent skis otherwise we respect your privacy. The apartments are adjacent to the castle so you can be completely private if you like Most convenient is to have a rental car with you even though the trains to Salzburg and Vienna are just a short walk away. We even have a beautiful sports airfield close by where you can rent a small plane or book a scenic flight or another destination.

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Eingebettet in die steirischen Berge des Ennstales liegt der pittoreske Ort Öblarn, Heimat der Dichterin Paula Grogger. Wir vermieten hier unsere Ferienwohnung mit Panoramablick in der Schladming Dachstein Region unweit der herrlichen Skigebiete, den Thermen, mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Das Haus befindet sich in Alleinlage, und ist dennoch zentrumsnah. Binnen Minuten erreicht man Geschäfte, Gasthäuser. Schladming, der Dachstein, Bad Aussee und Altaussee sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

Das Ferienhaus "Strickerl" ist an einem der schönsten Wanderorte der Welt gelegen, im Salzkammergut. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Ferienhütte Grimming

Unsere Ferienhütte liegt nur etwas abseits der nächsten Verkehrswege (Straße, Bahn) und doch mitten in der Natur am Fuße des mächtigen Grimming. Es sind nur ca. 30 km bis Schladming oder ins Ausseerland. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Sportinteressierte, Naturliebhaber oder auch nur jene die mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen ! Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch ! Ebenso wilkommen sind Hunde, die sich "puddelwohl" bei uns fühlen !

Chalet Rosenstein

Erlebe in dieser besonderen und familienfreundlichen Unterkunft besondere Momente. Die herrliche Ruhe und der schöne Ausblick in die Großarler Berg und Naturlandschaft ist bestens um sich zu erholen und Kraft zu tanken. Im Winter verfügt Grossarl über ein Hochmodernes Skigebiet wunderschöne Abfahrten und Tiefschneehänge . Da sich unser Haus auf einer Anhöhe von 2,5 km Bergstraße befindet werden im Winter Schneeketten empfohlen.

Ruhig und sonnig am Südhang des Kammspitz gelegen. Holzhaus mit ökologischen und naturbelassenen Baustoffen. Großzügige Terrasse mit Westausrichtung. Ganzjährig ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Beispiel für Wanderungen, Mountainbike, Klettertouren, Alpinski, Langlauf oder Gleitschirm fliegen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich Küche, Essen, Sanitär und ein Schlafraum. Im Dachgeschoss sind weitere Schlafräume. Einfache Ausstattung.

Dream Chalet Ski In/Out with Sauna and Whirlpool

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
