In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

New Schwanstein castle 1 hr drive. In walking distance shopping and dining downtown. Wifi 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In unserer Wohnung verbringst du einen wundervollen Urlaub. Direkt in den Alpen gelegen kannst du von dort deine Wanderungen starten, dein Skiwochenende bestreiten, deine Radtouren planen oder einfach auf dem Balkon mit Bergblick entspannen. Leider ist die Wohnung aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht für Kinder geeignet.
