Wichtig : im Winter Bei Schnee und Glätte keine Zufahrt möglich - Fußmarsch 15 Minuten - Heizen: nur mit schwedenofen Es hat eine kleine eingerichtete Küche. Ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, ein kleines Badezimmer mit Wc und Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer (Bett :160 breit ) Wasser und Strom vorhanden . Ein 2er hotpot kann dazu gemietet werden (80.-inkl Holz)

Per ragioni di spazio non è possibile aggiungere letti o lettini. Piscina e giardino in comune con altri ospiti. Aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, cassaforte. L’appartamento è vicino alla strada principale, che costeggia il lago, per questo motivo può esserci del rumore delle automobili in transito.l

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.

Casa di vacanza immersa nel verde

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house between a small forest and a wineyard, the ideal place to enjoy nature. A nice place to be in contact with the nature and the beutiful surroundings. There is no Wifi and no TV, ideal to relax, detox from the digital life and enjoy the beauty of the nature. Very colse by car to Locarno and Tenero (10 min).
