Diese rund 100 m²große luxuriöse Wohnung mit einer einzigartigen Dachterasse und exklusiver Ausstattung liegt in einem der schönsten Stadtteile Salzburgs, dem Andräviertel, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Schloss Mirabell und seinem herrlichen Park! Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten und dabei flaniert man durch den Mirabellgarten oder über den Makartplatz vorbei am Landestheater und den ältesten und traditionellsten Kaffeehäusern.

Das Ferienhaus "Strickerl" ist an einem der schönsten Wanderorte der Welt gelegen, im Salzkammergut. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Herzlich Willkommen in Tittmoning,einer idyllischen Kleinstadt an der Salzach.Der Leitgeringer See ist 5 Autominuten entfernt.Die 66qm große neue Wohnung liegt fußläufig von der historischen Altstadt und ist sehr ruhig gelegen (Sackgasse). Es handelt sich um einen Neubau (Hanghaus), der Garten ist noch nicht komplett fertiggestellt.Wenn Euch das nicht stört, dann freuen wir uns sehr auf Euch. Für Verpflegung ist durch Supermärkte, einer Metzgerei, mehrere Bäcker, sowie Restaurants gesorgt.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft in ländlicher Atmosphäre Nähe Salzburg. Auch die anderen touristischen Highlights wie Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut und Chiemsee erreichen Sie schnell mit dem Auto. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.
