This private country setting bnb is located on 13 acres. It features a full kitchen including an air fryer, tons outdoor space to explore and on-site shop with many convenience foods. It is 1 mile from Plum Orchard Lake and about 20 minutes from the New River Gorge & ACE adventure resort. There is also larger shop on the property with even more convenience items, fresh eggs, lavender products, local maple syrup & honey. Enjoy an extended stay at Lavender Hill Roost, or just stop by for a night.

Fastest WiFi available in the area!The house lies within 10 minutes of all the major attractions. It is just off 19 which takes you to all points South and North. Close to ACE and National Scouting center. One of lowest priced!

Small details abound from the familiar characters in portraits to the potions cabinet, the car in the tree, the Lumos & Nox switches, & much more. All just outside the New River Gorge National Park! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our place is on a little dirt road with a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains and horses grazing in the field. Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. No nosy neighbors, but the sound of children playing nearby. Just minutes away from rafting, mountain climbing and new river gorge
