Shant Kuti - (A Residence of Peace) as the name suggests , is located at a height of 7800 feet in a quiet suburb of Dalhousie, called Upper Bakrota . It has an excellent view ( 180 degrees ) of Pir Panjal Ranges of Himalyas and surrounded by Deodhar & Pinewood trees . Its an independent Chalet with garden all around . It offers 3 spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms . Managed by our Caretaker - Tilak who is an excellent cook . There is parking space for two cars & stay for drivers .

A private quite space surrounded by big trees and greenery at 360°. You can hear melodic chirping of birds throughout the day, connected with road with free parking in premises. An open private garden that stretch out before you. As you walk out of gate shade of trees disappear offering views of majestic mountains. In evenings you can sit next to the outdoor bonfire pit(in winters) or find your zen in curated farm walks, sunset points around, or learn organic kitchen garden practices.
