Naša kućica spoj je modernog i rustikalnog. Suvremenom stilu pristaje rustikalni i daje ovoj kućici poseban šarm. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijela kuća od 100 m2 te okućnica od 2500 m2. Na zatvorenoj, grijanoj terasi je jacuzzi u upotrebi cijele godine. U kuhinji je na raspolaganju aparat za kavu te razne vrste čajeva. Kupaonica je potpuno opremljena: ručnici, ogrtači, papuče, gel za tuširanje, šampon, regenerator, wc papir, set za higijenu zuba, mali kozmetički set. U potkrovlju udoban krevet.

Villa BeleVita je novi objekat koji se nalazi na prekrasnoj lokaciji 5 km od grada Đurđevca. Smještena je u oazi mira i tišine te netaknute prirode. Okružena brežuljcima, vinogradima, livadama i šumarcima. Uređena okučnica ville iznosi 5000m2. U sklopu vile nalazi se grijani bazen površine 50 m2 sa sunčalištem i Jacuzzijem. Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.
