Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Położony jest w miejscowości Novalja, 2 minuty od plaży i oferuje bezpłatne Wi-Fi, klimatyzację, sezonowy odkryty basen oraz ogród. W apartamencie jest salon z telewizorem z płaskim ekranem i konsolą do gier 5S5 wraz z grami, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem i zmywarką. W każdej sypialni jest telewizor. On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person).
